Use of Images:

By purchasing our book cover mockups, you agree to the following terms of use:

1. Permitted Uses:

   • Social Media and Websites: You may use the images to showcase your books on social media platforms and your personal or professional websites.
   • Customization: You are allowed to modify the images to suit your branding needs. This includes adding filters, overlays, textures, text, and resizing or cropping the images.

1. Prohibited Uses:

   • Ownership Claims: You may not claim the images as your own creation.
   • Redistribution: You are prohibited from selling, lending, or giving away the images in their original raw format.
   • Third-Party Sharing: Sharing the raw images with any third-party is strictly forbidden. You may not permit any third-party to use the raw images in any capacity.
   • Inappropriate Use: The images must not be used for any illegal, pornographic, or offensive purposes.

Downloading Images:

• After completing your purchase, you will receive a download link via email.
• Ensure that you save the files promptly, as the download link will be valid for a limited time.
• You are permitted up to 5 downloads of each purchased image.

Refund Policy:

• Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
• We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the digital files have been sent to you.
• If you encounter any issues with your download, please contact our support team at support@samscreativecure.com for assistance.

Technical Issues:

• If you experience any technical difficulties with downloading or using our images, please reach out to our customer support at support@samscreativecure.com.
• We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.
• Please note that we are not responsible for technical issues caused by your hardware, software, or internet connection.

Intellectual Property:

• All images are the intellectual property of Sam's Creative Cure/Samantha Randolph.
• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images in accordance with these terms.
• Unauthorized use of the images is a violation of copyright laws and may result in legal action.

Limitations of Liability:

• Sam's Creative Cure/Samantha Randolph is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the images.
• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your purchase or use of our images.

Governing Law:

• These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina.
• Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of North Carolina.
